To be honest, staying in Copenhagen is expensive. This was the cheapest place nearest to the city centre. But it's overrun with tourists / backpackers / students, etc. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. You don't have housekeeping, if you want a clean towel you need to take your old one to reception for exchange. Reception - this is a challenge. So when we arrived we were too early for check in, by about half hour. So we were told we were too early and needed to wait until the magic hour of 3pm. It was 2.30pm so we though we'd hang around reception. We noticed an electronic number board above each staff station on the reception desk, which suddenly at 2.55pm started changing by incremental numbers. Why is this? Then we realised we should have been told to "take a number" from the machine so we could have our turn at reception. So that meant we'd wasted some time. Took our number and waited our turn. Check in was sort of straight forward, although the receptionist tried to charge us when we'd already paid at the time of booking. But she was still learning the role so we didn't make a fuss. You have to take a ticket if you want to buy something from the reception area, you can't do two separate things on one ticket! So once we'd booked in we had to wait until our other number came up so we could buy a drink. Rooms - small but has everything you need. The tap in the bathroom leaked every time it was turned on, so I went back to reception (took a ticket) and asked if it could be mended. However, maintenance do not work weekends, so the earliest it could be mended was Monday (we were leaving Monday so that was that). It's quite a walk in to the city centre, the Cabinn is based in the business district so don't expect a leisurely stroll, it's more like a 15 minute fast walk to anywhere.

If you're used to staying in a shared hostel room, this is an obvious upgrade – the room was small, as expected for the low price, but exactly what I needed. The price is super competitive compared to other hotels in the area, and you're just a short walk from Copenhagen Central train station. The room includes some basics such as a hair dryer, some plates and bowls, cutlery, a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom is small as people have spoken about in other reviews, but it's completely functional and the floor dried extremely quickly in my experience. The nights were very quiet and I didn't hear any other residents during my sleep, and staff were super friendly. There's a small 24 hour bar/cafe with a happy hour from 17:00-19:00 for cheaper beers and drink, and although the lobby is often busy, there's always somewhere to sit with amazingly fast free WiFi. Housekeeping are scheduled to come every 5 days, but you can request them to come more regularly if you want, so that isn't a problem at all (again, as I've seen others complain about).

A good budget option in an expensive city, I was happy with what I got for the price I paid. The room was small but clean and well laid out and had everything I needed - Ensuite bathroom with a good strong hot shower, desk and chair, a tiny kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, and a sink for washing up. It had a window that opened, The temperature was just right. The towels were nice and soft. The kitchen was equipped with washing up liquid, tea towels and dishcloths, crockery, and a few items of cutlery (knife, spoons but no fork). It felt very secure with key card access and lots of facilities in the hotel. Good big luggage storage lockers for after check out (DK60 for 24 hours). The location is 10-15min walk from Copenhagen central station and near the river, close to Tivoli and City Hall. there is a big shopping mall nearby with two supermarkets for self catering.

The single rooms are like dorm rooms with extra bells and whistles. Although the room is small, the room is designed to make the most of the space. There are lots of places to put stuff. Although I did not use the kitchen, having a fridge is handy. Unless you stay more than a week, you will not see housekeeping. But if you need anything: extra toilet paper, trash bags, etc, these items can be collected from the front desk. The floors are sectioned with doors so there is no long hall which helps keep down the noise. It is easy to get around. There is a bus stop next to the hotel. The busses run every 10-15 minutes and take you to Central Train Station where you can connect to other busses, trains, metro or Sbahns.

09/2023: Very feasible for solo travelers, stayed for 8 nights, got rate 430DKK/nigh for "longer" stay(7d+). Apartment is small: bed, table, tv, "kitchen"(fridge, kettle and basic dishes) and small bathroom. If you are obese or tall you might experience issues with bathroom size, its limited but ok for regular person. Modern furniture as well. Gym 24/7 - very basic equipment. Cleaning service needs to be ordered via QR code (Not applicable for apartment with longer stays > cleaning once per week!).
